To achieve these goals, the methods can be completely different. This is precisely where digital can make things way easier. The HSE culture **is built little by little over time to gradually become the DNA of the company.** If we consider that corporate culture defines what is encouraged, discouraged, accepted or rejected by the group, it explains the daily HSE actions of managers and employees in the company as well. **This is why HSE culture is at the heart of the management system.**     ## Disseminating HSE culture through digital technology, a challenge for Quebecer companies In Quebec, **only 25% of companies have automated their processes using digital technology**, compared to 55% of American corporations and 75% of German organizations (source: lesaffaires.com).
