Whatever your sector of activity or your size of company, performing a field checklist is unavoidable. Still called safety supervisory tour or round of the standards, this tool highlights the monitoring points of your business.

 

Checklist benefits are many: to ensure the safety level of your company, to set up a continuous safety animation or to encourage exchanges with your team leader.

HSE facilitators or managers are too often left with their pencil and paper to carry out this mission (including in large companies). Yet dedicated applications with fully customizable checklist templates, adapted to smartphone usage and to field constraints (for example without Internet access) are now within the reach of companies including SMEs. With added practical features such as GPS geolocation, photos by Digital Camera or voice recognition...

Upon returning to his workstation, the safety manager accesses his updated monitoring table in real time. Identifying the points to watch for and putting in place the necessary actions becomes much easier.
